ElectricityChecking the island pulse…
The island power service, reported by the on-island team. Without a report, a Venezuela internet-traffic signal acts only as an alarm — never as a guarantee.

Nothing is invented: every data point carries its certainty
Primary source in hand or live observed signal: weather satellite, USGS, aircraft radar, ocean swell.
Triangulated sources or reference schedule, with visible method.
A digital footprint that indicates, not proof: Venezuela internet traffic as seen from abroad (IODA).
What the on-island team confirms with their own eyes — linked to the original publication when it exists.
A dated promise that can fail in public. If it fails, it is corrected in public.
How do we know?
This board is fed by public sensors (weather satellites, USGS seismographs, ocean swell), official ferry and flight schedules, the radar signal of the aircraft themselves, and reports from the on-island team. Whatever no sensor reaches today is marked not reported — and confirmed over WhatsApp, never simulated. The thresholds that light each indicator are a public, pre-registered specification.
